From the outset, we work hard to ensure a hassle-free handover process whether your property is handed over from a previous managing agent or on completion of purchase.

Although we are a Manchester-based firm, we manage properties across the United Kingdom. Our experienced property managers routinely visit ‘our properties’ to ensure they are being looked after in the way you’d expect.

Whether it’s lease renewals, rent reviews, or anything else relating to the landlord-tenant relationship, our professional surveyors aim to achieve the best possible outcome. We offer preferential rates for our clients on all the properties we manage.



As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, our RICS Registered Valuers undertake both residential and commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes that comply with RICS ‘Red Book’ standards. We also provide desktop valuations where required and offer pre-acquisition advice to investors in respect of potential property purchases.

We regularly undertake Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments, to ensure that properties are adequately insured. This mitigates the risk of insurers applying the ‘Condition of Average Clause’, whereby the amount of claim is reduced proportionally to the value of under-insurance.
